Sdeira Group is expanding its digital team in Abu Dhabi and is seeking a skilled Application Development Specialist. This role plays a key part in the organization’s digital transformation journey, focusing on developing scalable business applications and ensuring seamless system performance. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining robust enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise business applications to improve operational workflows.
• Support system integrations and platform enhancements to maintain a smooth digital ecosystem.
• Ensure application reliability, scalability, and high performance through rigorous testing and thorough documentation.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be currently based in the UAE (Mandatory).
• Relevant professional experience in software development.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Arabic & English is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern application development stacks and frameworks.
