Hiring Application Lead for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
JD as below:
- Leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure that software development processes are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions to improve business processes and drive digital transformation.
- Designing, developing, and deploying software applications that support digital transformation initiatives.
- Leading business and digital transformation initiatives through implementation of latest technologies including Custom and Low code application, SharePoint, Business Analysis, Process mining and Digitalization.
- Delivery lead for all consulting and solution services delivered under Business Applications, Low code applications and Digital Transformation.
- Design, develop, and deploy software applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with web development frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or Vue.js
- Knowledge of database design and management using SQL or NoSQL databases
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other developers
- Staying up to date with the latest programming languages, technologies, and best practices
- Deploying applications to production environments
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other developers
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
