They are looking for Application Support Specialist – CRM, Location: Dubai
- Experience in application production support within the itil framework. hands on experience in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting application related problems on production, incident analysis & resolution, and rca related to application.
- Hands on experience in ensuring the resolution for production issues is accurate and within sla.
- Experience in workflow maintenance and configuration.
- Exposure to banking domain would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of siebel architecture.
- Strong siebel crm experience in workflow, configuration and eai.
- Siebel tools and siebel application.
- Understanding of siebel open ui concepts.
- Hands on experience on siebel eim module.
- Hands on experience in application support and day to day siebel application monitoring.
- Hands on experience in trouble shooting siebel related problems on production, incident analysis& resolution, and rca related to siebel application.
- Hands on experience in obiee, informatica & dac.
- Hands on experience in UNIX command.
- Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the middleware systems like tibco/open API/ micro services.
- Very good knowledge in oracle – sql & pl/sql.
