Ferti Clinic PRC Dubai is currently expanding its clinical team and is seeking a compassionate and professional Arabic Nurse to join its fertility care center in Dubai Healthcare City. This role is ideal for a skilled nurse who is passionate about patient care and committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services in a specialized clinical environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with medical professionals to support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. Strong communication skills, cultural understanding, and a patient-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the fertility clinic

• Assist doctors and medical staff during procedures and treatments

• Ensure accurate patient records and clinical documentation

• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients during treatment processes

• Maintain strict hygiene and clinical safety standards

• Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth clinic operations

• Deliver compassionate and professional patient care at all times

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (Mandatory)

• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter

• Previous nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Professional attitude and ability to work in a team environment

• Experience in fertility, women’s health, or clinical care is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of:
• Nursing care standards and clinical procedures
• Patient safety and hygiene protocols
• Fertility clinic operations and support processes
• Effective communication in a healthcare setting
