Architect

Description:

As An Architect (Based in Abu Dhabi), you'll be responsible managing projects through detailed design, schematic design, delivery through till handover. 

The right candidate for this position will be highly involved in the finer details of the project. They'll be a technical expert in their chosen area, however we're most interested in speaking to candidates who have managed, High rise residential, hospitality, mixed use communities and malls. 

Must be Arabic speaking and have an Excellent Experience History with Abu Dhabi Municipality (Minimum 5 – 7 years in the U.A.E.)

Responsibilities

·        Well versed and experience in dealing with Abu Dhabi Authorities and Online submissions.

·        Must have Abu Dhabi Registration.

·        Attending online Authority Meetings and coordinating with the Architecture, Structure ad  

team on the Design.

·        Responsible for creating design solutions to problems which occur during the construction process. 

·        Prepares design briefs for review by the Development team and design team.

·        Managing the contractor and consultant teams, ensure the agreed design brief is being delivered on site. 

·        Demanding a high standard of work on all aspects of the property.

·        Being responsible for a successful design leading to a smooth construction delivery. 

·        Having an ownership mind for all design details
