Architect

Art Plus Design Services is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to advance our practice. This role will require to perform architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques. The Architect will work on a variety of project types.

Responsibilities

• Hands on in monitoring the architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
• Reviewing, and processing all shop drawings and architectural technical submittals.
• Supervision of design, necessary review, corrections and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture
• Proven experience of 5 years in UAE (including 3 years in Dubai)
• DM Certified G + 4 with valid SOE Card
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and submissions requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
