Description:
SBK Architectural Design Consultancy is looking for Architects with 4-5 years of experience.
Candidates must be in Dubai, UAE and have a passion for architecture. Candidates must be qualified architects with experience in design delivery and detailing of various types of projects of flexible scales and complexity.
- Full Knowledge with Dubai Authority Regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Must possess a architectural related experience of 4 – 5 years.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Dubai Consultancy Office with Attested Certificate of Experience from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Good portfolio to demonstrate working on medium to large scale projects.
- Working Knowledge Exterior and Interior Designing
- Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design tools, a particular proficiency in BIM and other software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required.
- Efficient with preparing Detailed Shop Drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Conceptual 3D modelling software (Sketch-up and 3D Max)
- Lumion & Enscape would be an additional advantage.
- MS Programs (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Adobe Creative Programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably Arab or Filipino Candidates
- Preferably a Member of Society of Engineers in the UAE
