Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the Architectural design of luxury villas and high-rise buildings.
• Develop designs using Revit and coordinate with project teams.
• Work closely with structural, MEP, and interior designers to integrate design elements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and authority approvals.
• Assist in concept development, technical documentation, and construction detailing.

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in villa and high-rise projects.
• Strong background in design consultancy.
• Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory), AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop.
