Architectural Bim Modeler

Description:

This is a contract role for an Architectural BIM Modeler based in Dubai. As a Modeler, you will be responsible for, developing Revit 3D BIM models, and utilizing 4D and 5D BIM for scheduling and cost forecasts. This role requires on-site presence to ensure seamless coordination with project teams.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills
• Modeler proficiency in creating accurate Revit models
• Experience in Construction Drawings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certification or degree in Architecture or related field
