oin our team as an Architectural Designer-Draftsman with hands-on expertise in 2D design & detail drawings for Offshore Technical Buildings and installations.
This is a temporary position (6 months) — perfect for professionals seeking short-term opportunities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
🖊️ Prepare & develop architectural layouts and detail design drawings of high technical quality
📐 Translate architects’ sketches into complete technical drawings with minimal supervision
🏗️ Review discipline drawings, vendor drawings & incorporate applicable details
🛠️ Visit construction sites for measurements, mark-ups & as-built drawings
💻 Develop 3D models, renderings & walkthrough presentations
📑 Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) / Bill of Materials
🤝 Liaise with other discipline designers and engineers

🎓 Qualifications:
🎓 Diploma / Associate’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
📅 Minimum 5 years’ experience with EPC Contractor, Consultant, or Interior Design firm
💻 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation (mandatory)
🖥️ Knowledge of 3D Modelling & Rendering Software (3DS Max, SketchUp, etc.)
🎨 Adobe Photoshop editing skills
🗣️ Strong English communication (oral & written)
