Architectural Engineer

3EG Group is looking for a highly experienced Architectural Engineer with G+4 approval to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, consultancy, and project management, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee architectural projects up to G+4.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE building codes.
• Provide consultancy and technical expertise on architectural designs and construction.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design implementation, quality, and safety.
• Develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including BOQs and design reports.
• Address design challenges and recommend modifications when necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• G+4 approval from Dubai Municipality.
• well experienced in architectural design and consultancy.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s building regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
