Area Sales Manager

Description:

Looking for Area Sales Manager who can join immediately.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates On-site

The ideal candidate will be will be responsible for developing sales programs that maximize sales from the assigned accounts to the target accounts, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Aesthetic and Dermatology
• Responsible for cross-selling company’s medical aesthetics’ portfolio at Abu Dhabi territory alongside covering Dubai & North-Emirates when required.

• Reports Directly to General Manager, through weekly visits, business review and client’s relation development plans.

• Coaching, monitoring sales team, focusing development of team by performing best practice sales pathway.
• Working closely with assigned healthcare professionals analyzing their business outcomes, revenues and consulting for their best practice.
• Setting sales tactics, Target breakdown & forecasting.
• Align with cross-function divisions in company to ensure proper execution of customer care.
• Strong command of the English and Arabic language
