Assistant Accountant

Description:

CASTECH MIDDLE EAST FZE is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join its Finance Department in Sharjah. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and junior accounting professionals who are looking to build their skills in a professional working environment.

The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, support documentation processes, and contribute to accurate reporting activities. Candidates with basic accounting knowledge, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries and financial transactions.

• Assist with invoices, payment vouchers, and other financial documentation.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

• Support bank reconciliation activities and financial reporting.

• Ensure accounting records and files are maintained accurately.

• Provide administrative assistance to the Finance Department.

• Support daily finance operations as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of accounting experience will have an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and develop accounting skills.
