Description:
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock level and make sure cafe is running smooth.
- Coordinate with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures.
- Manage the dining area and supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies of the restaurant.
- Handle day to day management activities.
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects).
- Supervise opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional fair manner.
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving the highest level of exceptional guest service and colleague satisfaction results through the application of all corporate and property standards and policies.
- Excellent Knowledge of English and preferably who speaks Russian language. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as an advantage Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
