Etlad Construction Co LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Human Resource professional to join its growing team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in human resources and administration within a professional and supportive work environment.

The selected candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment support, and various administrative activities. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, especially those who are available to join immediately and are currently based in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily HR and administrative functions

• Maintain employee records, files, and documentation accurately

• Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and onboarding

• Prepare reports, official letters, and business correspondence

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

• Assist with employee engagement and HR-related activities

• Ensure HR records and administrative documents are properly organized

Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently available inside the United Arab Emirates

• Good computer literacy and administrative skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply

• Immediate availability to join will be an advantage
