Assistant Manager – It Audit

Are you an experienced IT Audit professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare environment? Aster DM Healthcare is looking for a skilled Assistant Manager – IT Audit to join our Internal Audit team.

Role Overview
In this role, you will support in executing and reporting on IT audits to assess internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen IT governance and risk frameworks across our organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct audits across application controls, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Evaluate IT systems and processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps
• Review key business systems including ERP, CRM, HIS, and e-commerce platforms
• Assess cybersecurity controls, data protection practices, and IT governance frameworks.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations
• Stay abreast of emerging risks including AI/ML, cloud security, and data privacy
• Support internal and external audits, and monitor the implementation of recommendations
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging IT risks, regulatory developments, and audit best practices.

Who We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT audit and risk management
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP (preferred or in progress)
• Strong understanding of ITGC, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and DR systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
