SHARETEA is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER to oversee daily café operations at our SHARETEA branches. The ideal candidate must ensure smooth store functioning, excellent customer service, proper staff coordination, and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reporting
- Coordinate staff schedules and allocate duties
- Maintain visual and operational standards aligned with SHARETEA brand guidelines
- Support management in improving operational efficiency and sales performance
- Ensure timely communication between staff and management
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in F&B or café operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and cash-handling procedures
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a people-centric approach
