Assistant Psychologist

Ardens Medical Center is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Psychologist to join its expanding Psychology Department in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mental health and eager to contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-focused psychological care.

The selected candidate will work closely with qualified psychologists and multidisciplinary teams to support various clinical and therapeutic activities, ensuring effective treatment and care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting psychological assessments under the supervision of licensed professionals

• Support preparation and organization of therapy sessions and treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care

• Provide administrative and clinical support within the psychology department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology is mandatory

• Previous clinical or relevant experience in a healthcare or mental health setting

• DHA or CDA license (or eligibility) will be considered an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
