Assistant Sales Manager

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to help promote and grow Champion Lubricants in the UAE market 🚗. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in lubricants, batteries, and automotive products, and the ability to build lasting relationships in the automotive industry. You’ll work closely with the Division Manager to drive strategies that expand revenue, increase brand presence, and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development:
• Promote and sell Champion Lubricants to existing and potential customers 🚀.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline 💼.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share 📈.
• Monitor competitor activities and adapt sales tactics accordingly 🔍.
2. Client Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers 🤝.
• Provide product info and support to clients 📝.
• Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner 🕒.
3. Market Expansion:
• Identify and explore new market segments to drive sales growth 🌍.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions 📣.
• Provide product training to dealers to enhance product knowledge 🧠.
4. Sales Reporting:
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports 📊.
• Gather market feedback and customer preferences 💬.
• Provide sales forecasts to optimize inventory 📦.
5. Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with Credit, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations 🔄.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 🎓.
• Minimum 10-12 years of B2B and B2C sales experience in lubricants within the UAE 🌟.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE lubricants and batteries market 🛢️.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and objectives 🎯.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 🗣️.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred
• A valid UAE driver’s license is a must
