Description:
As an Assistant Sales Manager – Corporate & Group, you will play a key role in expanding our corporate and group business segments. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets while representing the warm and professional spirit of Radisson.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate and group accounts to maximise business opportunities.
- Proactively source, negotiate, and close new corporate and group business to achieve budgeted revenues.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and other business correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure seamless event and group execution.
- Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system and prepare regular sales activity reports.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to create strategic action plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in corporate and group segments within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, result-oriented approach with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Dubai corporate market is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to delivering “Yes I Can!” service.
