Description:
Requirements –
5 to 6 years in internal audit or HR controls/operations with demonstrable HR audit exposure; experience in insurance, fintech, or high‑growth services is a plus
– Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes (hire‑to‑retire), payroll and benefits, HRIS administration, and data/privacy risks
– Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets and a BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Looker); SQL is a plus
– Clear, concise reporting and stakeholder engagement; able to translate control gaps into prioritized, practical actions
– Qualifications:
CA / CIA or in progress preferred; HR credentials (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP, PHRi, CIPD) are advantageous
– Familiarity with HRIS/payroll platforms and common ticketing/workpaper tools (e.g., Workday/Oracle/SAP/Zoho/Seera; AuditBoard/TeamMate; Jira/ServiceNow)
