Job Description:

Emesh Metal Manufacturing is seeking a talented and experienced AutoCAD Designer with a clear focus on structural drawings, specifically in the areas of aluminium, cladding, and facade engineering design. As a CAD Designer at Emesh Metal, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D models of structural designs, with a strong emphasis on aluminium, mild steel, and steel structures, as well as external and internal fittings. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD software, along with a solid understanding of various CAD tools relevant to metal manufacturing and structural engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Create precise 2D and 3D models for structural designs related to aluminium, cladding, and facade engineering using AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret design concepts and produce comprehensive technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Generate design documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed plans for aluminium, mild steel, and steel structures.
• Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, specifications, and local regulations, including compliance and knowledge of the United Arab Emirates laws.
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of structural engineering principles and design standards in aluminium and steel structures.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
• Meet deadlines, along with the flexibility to work under pressure to deliver high-quality design solutions within project timelines.
• Motivated to stay abreast of advancements in CAD technology and industry best practices to enhance design efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD software, with a clear understanding of various CAD tools used in metal manufacturing and structural applications.
• Good knowledge of building codes, standards, material properties and construction techniques.
