Zenerfire, a reputable company specializing in fire protection, MEP, and ELV systems, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsman / BIM Modeler / BIM Engineer to join their dynamic team based in Dubai. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that require precise and high-quality 2D and 3D modeling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing accurate technical drawings and BIM models that support fire protection and related engineering systems. Working collaboratively with design and construction teams, the role demands ensuring that BIM processes are effectively coordinated to maintain project consistency, compliance, and quality throughout all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools for fire protection, MEP, and ELV systems.

• Coordinate BIM workflows across design, construction, and handover stages to ensure seamless integration and accuracy.

• Review and update drawings and models as project specifications evolve or changes occur.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all models and drawings.

• Support project teams in delivering timely and error-free documentation for construction and approvals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting and BIM modeling in MEP, ELV, or fire protection systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination software.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
