Automation Engineer

Description:

To lead all automation initiatives across Faham Group, including AI-driven workflows, backend scripting, and cross-system integrations. Ensures maximum reduction of manual tasks and supports digital scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy and architecture design.
• Build and deploy workflow automations across ERP, CRM, HR, and operations.
• Integrate AI tools and automation frameworks into daily operations.
• Manage internal automation engineers and external automation partners.
• Create documentation, test plans, and rollout procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose automation opportunities.
• Ensure stability, scalability, and compliance of automation systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in automation engineering, AI tools, or backend integrations.
• Strong experience with Python, API integrations, automation platforms.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo) is a major advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
