To deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury automotive showroom, achieve and exceed sales targets through professional consultation, deep product knowledge, and premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Greet and engage high-profile clients with a professional and welcoming approach.
- Identify customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle to recommend the most suitable vehicle options.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives that highlight product features, performance, and luxury details.
- Handle negotiations and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, trims, features, and competitive brands.
- Present the luxury brand image in line with showroom standards.
- Provide tailored financing, leasing, and insurance options in collaboration with the finance team.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for units sold, accessories, and value-added services.
- Actively prospect and follow up with potential customers through calls, CRM systems, and personal networks.
4. CRM & Lead Management:
- Record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- I want you to please maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages like German or Russian are an advantage.
- Well-presented, confident, and capable of engaging high-net-worth clients.
