Automotive Service Advisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a vital link between our customers and the service team, you will be responsible for managing service requests, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. The ideal candidate will have multi-brand experience and a solid understanding of automotive services and customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service needs.
• Accurately prepare job cards and provide cost and time estimates for repairs and services.
• Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and relay findings to customers.
• Explain technical vehicle issues and service recommendations clearly and transparently to customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service progress and completion.
• Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution of customer concerns or queries.
• Manage service appointments, schedule workflow efficiently, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service invoices.
• Promote additional services and preventive maintenance based on vehicle condition and service history.
• Adhere to company quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a multi-brand automotive service environment in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and service procedures across different brands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in preparing job estimates, using Workshop Management Software (WMS), and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage service flow efficiently.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
