We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a vital link between our customers and the service team, you will be responsible for managing service requests, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. The ideal candidate will have multi-brand experience and a solid understanding of automotive services and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Accurately prepare job cards and provide cost and time estimates for repairs and services.
- Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and relay findings to customers.
- Explain technical vehicle issues and service recommendations clearly and transparently to customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service progress and completion.
- Ensure timely follow-up and prompt resolution of customer concerns or queries.
- Manage service appointments, schedule workflow efficiently, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service invoices.
- Promote additional services and preventive maintenance based on vehicle condition and service history.
- Adhere to company quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications:
- ITI/Diploma in Automotive Technology or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a multi-brand automotive service environment in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and service procedures across different brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in preparing job estimates, using Workshop Management Software (WMS), and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage service flow efficiently.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
