Automotive Service Advisor

 

Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our front-office automotive service team. The ideal candidate must have a background in vehicle servicing and customer handling, with the ability to manage job card preparation and coordinate effectively between customers and the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help walk-in customers with inquiries related to vehicle service.
  • Ascertain automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying the description of problems and conducting inspections.
  • Consult with the mechanic about necessary repairs and possible alternative.
  • Prepare accurate job cards detailing required repairs or services.
  • Provide end-to-end customer support- from inquiry to final delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and workshop team
  • Understand and explain vehicle diagnostics and service requirements clearly

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or background in car insurance is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in front-office or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
