Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound leads from activated partners and guide them through the sales funnel.
Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges and position Finanshels’ financial solutions as the ideal fit.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Client Relationship Management: Build trust with potential clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Collaboration with Partners: Work closely with the Partnerships team to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies.
Performance Tracking: Use data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, client engagement, or business development.
✅ Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently and move them through the sales cycle.
✅ Experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS sales is a plus.
