Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients by offering tailored gifting and marketing material solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate companies, agencies, and organizations.
Sales Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
- Provide clients with creative and personalized gifting and marketing solutions that align with their brand and marketing objectives.
Product Knowledge & Customization
- Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate gifting, promotional products, and marketing materials.
- Understand the product catalog and be able to recommend customized and innovative products that suit client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on sales performance, including leads, sales pipeline, and revenue generated.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or marketing materials sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- A creative mindset with the ability to offer innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Knowledge of corporate branding and marketing strategies is a plus.
