Back End Python

Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer who knows their way around Python & Django and wants to work on real products with real impact. You’ll be part of a small, driven team building platforms and tools used daily by thousands of people. No fluff, no corporate layers — just solid work with smart people.

We’re based in Dubai, and we’re open to hiring talent from anywhere. If you’re not already here, we’ll take care of the visa and relocation — all you need to bring is your experience and energy.

What you’ll be doing

• Building backend systems in Python (Django)

• Developing APIs that are clean, secure, and scalable

• Working closely with the front-end team to bring features to life

• Thinking in terms of architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability

• Writing clean, tested code and participating in code reviews

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in backend development

• Deep experience with Python and Django

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and caching (Redis)

• You’re comfortable with Git, Docker, and deployment pipelines

• You communicate well in English and think in solutions
