• Handle vendor invoices and coordinate payments (SES & GRN)
• Maintain invoice records and support financial audits
• Manage P-Card, T&E claims, and vendor setup activities
• Coordinate deposit refunds and bank reconciliations
• Oversee office lease renewals, JAFZA visa and access card processes
• Supervise office contractors and track vacations and holidays
