Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Badminton Head Coach based in the UAE. The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs tailored to players of different ages and skill levels, supervising and mentoring assistant coaches, and monitoring athletes' progress. They will support talent identification, contribute to the development of competition strategies, and foster teamwork and sportsmanship among players.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Badminton coaching techniques, player development for different age groups, and strategic training programs
• 4+ years of experience in mentoring and managing young players and assistant coaches to maintain performance excellence
• Ability to plan and execute competitive match strategies and handle game-day preparation effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional badminton playing experience or relevant certifications (e.g., BWF level coaching) are a plus
• Experience working with young athletes and fostering a positive, encouraging environment is highly desirable
