RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in preparing cakes, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods
- Measure, mix, knead, and shape dough
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently (mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure quality standards for taste, presentation, and consistency
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support daily production schedules and help with packaging
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques
- Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food service environment
