Baker/pastry Chef

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker/Pastry Chef to join our team at Adina's coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking, pastry creation and decorating, while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring consistency in taste and preparation, and following food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, doughnuts and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and develop new menu items as needed.
• Ensure quality control, consistency and adhere to recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space.
• Manage ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a baker, pastry chef.
• Knowledge of baking technique, ingredients and decorating skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualifications

• Culinary or baking certification is a plus.
• Experience with specialty diets(gluten free, vegan) is a bonus.
