Melodica Music and Dance Institute is seeking a talented and passionate ballet teacher to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching ballet classes in one of our operational branches across UAE. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and contribute to their growth and development in ballet.
Responsibilities
- Conducting ballet classes for students of various age groups and skill levels
- Creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their technique, posture, and overall performance
- Ensuring a safe and positive learning environment in the classroom
- Collaborating with the artistic director and other instructors to coordinate performances and events
- Maintaining regular communication with students, parents, and the institute's administration regarding class updates and progress
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a ballet teacher, preferably with experience teaching students of different age groups
- Strong knowledge of ballet techniques, terminology, and curriculum development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple branches and schedules
- A professional and positive attitude towards teaching and teamwork
