Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
• Skilled in preparing espresso-based drinks and cold beverages
• Knowledge of different brewing methods is a plus
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Follow company recipes and standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally
• Manage inventory and report any shortages
