Description:

We are looking for an Experienced Barista to join our growing team in the UAE at Form Roastery. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for specialty coffee and experience in café or roastery settings.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso drinks and manual brew methods (V60, Chemex, etc.)
• Perform latte art and ensure high drink quality and consistency
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the coffee station
• Assist or collaborate with roastery team if applicable
• Manage daily inventory and station setup

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and espresso techniques
• Skilled in latte art
• Exposure to roasting or interest in learning is a big plus
• Must be based in the UAE
