✔️ Experience in luxury independent fine dining (GCC experience is a big plus)
✔️ Fluent in English — European languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Russian) are highly preferred
✔️ Creative and confident behind the bar, delivering VIP guest experiences with charm and expertise
✔️ Passionate about cocktails, spirits, and creating memorable moments
