Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Basketball Coach. The Basketball Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions for youths, teaching fundamental and advanced basketball techniques, and creating development plans tailored to each athlete's abilities. Additional responsibilities include mentoring athletes to improve sportsmanship and teamwork, ensuring a safe and supportive training environment, and collaborating with the academy staff to achieve athletes' performance goals. The role involves fostering a positive and inspiring atmosphere to motivate young athletes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Basketball Coaching.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• 4+ Years of Experience required
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor young athletes at various skill levels
• Certification in coaching is a must.
• Previous UAE experience as a basketball player or coach is an advantage
