Job Duties:

• Greet customers and help them feel welcome.
• Consult with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
• Recommend products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Demonstrate the proper use of various beauty, hair, and skin care products.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Cross-sell beauty products when appropriate (e.g., serums, body lotions, hair care products).
• Identify client needs and goals, and assist them in finding and selecting suitable products.
• Advise clients on proper skin and hair care routines.
• Manage stock levels and ensure the presentation of products is visually appealing.
• Plan and participate in store events to engage clients and boost sales.

Requirements:

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
• A strong passion for the beauty industry.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
