Behavioral Therapist

Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Therapist with ABA expertise to support a child with Autism in a structured home environment. This is a full-time, live-in role within a private household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support and assist with daily routines

• Implement ABA-based learning programs and behavior management strategies

• Support the development of communication, social, and life skills

• Work closely with parents and external therapists

• Maintain a consistent and structured daily routine

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is essential

• Background in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field preferred

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Patient, calm, and child-focused approach

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
