Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit high-quality copy in both English and Arabic for various platforms, including social media statics, websites, blogs, carousels, email campaigns, and all kind of marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all content, tailored to each platform and audience.
- Adapt writing style for different formats, from concise social media posts to detailed web content and campaign messaging.
- Create eye-catching social media content (graphics, videos, GIFs, Reels, stories, short form TikTok videos etc.) for social media platforms.
- Cover events and create real-time content (Statics, videos, stories) to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Assist the production team with content ideas.
- Develop creative content strategies for social media, ensuring alignment with brand objectives or client objectives.
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to execute social media campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and on-brand posts across social channels.
- Contribute to branding projects by developing taglines, slogans, and narratives that reflect the brand’s essence.
- Craft compelling stories that resonate with the target audience and foster brand loyalty.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy in both English and Arabic.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains high quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is delivered on time and meets client expectations.
- Facilitate communication between content and production teams, ensuring timely delivery of multimedia content.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to refine content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital, social media, and creative trends to inspire innovative content creation.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in content creation, (Bilingual Copywriting, and social media management, with a focus on English & Arabic) both languages.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and adapting content for each platform's format.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and multimedia content creation techniques.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) to design and edit graphics and videos.
- Ability to develop and implement creative content strategies that align with brand goals and audience needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams (marketing, creative, production).
- Ability to think creatively, experiment with new formats, and keep content fresh and innovative.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure content quality and consistency across all materials.
