Bilingual Legal Admin Assistant

 

Description:

Assist in written and verbal communication in Arabic and English

  • Answer phones, take messages, and return phone calls
  • Schedule client meetings as assigned
  • Conduct client intakes over the phone
  • Translate documents and letters to be sent to clients

Assist with case maintenance tasks, such as:

  • Opening and closing legal cases
  • Filing of cases (efiling) and other court documents
  • Keep track of fee earners court docket
  • Client address changes
  • Maintain client contact including notifying clients of court dates and responsibilities
  • Enter client and case data in the system

Provide general office support and outreach:

  • Answering incoming calls and managing incoming/ outgoing mail
  • Copying, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Enter data for case management and collection of outcomes
  • Assist in completing accurate data of fee earner’s time sheet

Requirements:

  • Must have 2+ years of solid work experience in a law firm
  • Full professional or native proficiency in Arabic and English required
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite,)
  • Knowledgeable in using online court system
  • Be proactive, highly organized and able to pay very close attention to details
  • Follow through on assigned tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt easily and ask questions for clarification
  • Compliance with strict client confidentiality mandatory
