Bim Architect

Description:

We are currently looking for BIM Architect with experience in Design Development consisting of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects.

· Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience using the Revit software (Architectural / MEP) and other relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds max and etc)

· Complete design coordination with design teams including review, comments & RFI.

· Understand the project requirements and objectives and develop a BIM model accordingly.

· Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.

· Develop accurate drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Good multitasking and ability to manage strict deadlines

· IMMIDIATELY AVAILABLE

· preferably staying in Dubai
