Birthday Party Organiser

Description:

We are seeking a Birthday Party Organiser who is passionate about delivering joyful and memorable celebrations for children and their families. This role involves planning and coordinating themed parties, managing suppliers, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries, bookings, and parent communication
• Plan and deliver birthday party themes, décor, and schedules
• Coordinate with decorators, entertainers, mascots, and support staff
• Oversee event set-up, execution, and pack-down
• Maintain inventory of props, decorations, and party supplies
• Upsell additional services such as bouncy castles, face painting, etc.
• Record post-event feedback and maintain service quality

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in birthday parties, children’s events, or party planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, energetic, and adaptable
• Must be available on weekends
• Proficiency in English is required; other languages are an advantage
• UAE experience is preferred
