Branch Accountant

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily cash collections, deposits, and sales banking reports.
• Handle receivables, including preparing credit/debit notes and reconciling customer accounts.
• Oversee petty cash and VAT input verification.
• Assist in quarterly and annual financial closing.
• Prepare various financial reports and support head office accountants.
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a branch or retail environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle experience is an advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
