Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of real estate professionals to achieve individual and collective sales targets, leveraging proven strategies and best practices.

 

2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics, driving sustainable growth and profitability.

 

3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions and exceed expectations.

 

4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market reach and driving revenue growth through effective networking, prospecting, and lead generation.

 

5. Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from property listing to closing, ensuring seamless transactions and superior customer satisfaction.

 

6. Training and Development: Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members, empowering them to enhance their skills, achieve their goals, and thrive in their real estate careers.

 

7. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, offering insights and guidance to optimize sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Building relationships with developers and getting stock for sales.

 

8. Performance Monitoring: Implement systems to track and evaluate sales performance, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.

 

9. Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the branch, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among team members.

 

10. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Keller Williams Realty with professionalism and integrity, upholding our brand values and standards of excellence in all interactions and engagements.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Active real estate license in UAE and preferably handled a team

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership roles

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Exceptional leadership abilities, with a passion for coaching and developing others

- Proficiency in real estate technology tools and platforms
