A large-scale Turkish company, established in 2012, specializing in real estate consulting and brokerage, based in Istanbul, Trabzon, Sakarya, and Antalya, as well as agents in several Arab cities, and numerous agreements with most major Turkish construction companies, focusing its attention on foreign real estate investors, who wish to own property in the region.

Imtilak has achieved huge successes in Turkish real estate markets during its long run, gaining extensive practical experience, and a reputation locally and regionally, gaining the confidence of foreign investors and Turkish construction companies.

Recently Imtilak has established its new Office in Dubai (Imtilak Golden) to provide its professional services in the UAE market.

Job Duties:

In this role, you will be responsible for Business development, Design and implement an operational business plan, negotiating sale & Leasing, Recruiting, supervising staff members, and Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

· Follow-up all administration issues like: Office license renewal, government requirements, etc.

· Monitoring Office income and expenditure

· Establishing and developing the projects Portfolio, and enhancing the relations with most real estate developers in Dubai

· Managing the sale and Leasing of properties

· Hiring, training and supervising staff members e.g., Brokers

· Setting targets for sales team and monitoring their performance against set targets

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

· To manage all marketing process for the branch

· Design and implement an operational business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

· Provide the headquarter office (Line Manager) with all reports on weekly/Monthly basis

Main Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is required.

- 4-5 years’ experience in the UAE Real Estate Market is a must, 2 years in Managerial level

- Excellent level in English & Arabic (Know another language is advantage).

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and CRM.

- Well-organized and detail oriented.

- Exceptional communication and writing skills.

- Excellent organisational skills to effectively manage the operations of the company.

- Analytical & Problem-solving skills.

- resident of Dubai and holding a driving license
