Brand Consultant

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Brand Consultant will help define, strengthen, and manage the UAE MEP ENGINEERS WhatsApp Community brand across digital platforms and member touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand positioning and messaging, refining visual and verbal identity guidelines, and ensuring consistent application of the brand in communications and community initiatives. The role involves collaborating with community leaders to align brand strategy with mission and CSR activities, advising on campaigns and content themes, and monitoring member feedback and engagement to enhance brand perception. The Brand Consultant will also support planning for partnerships, events, and recognition programs to reinforce the community’s role as a trusted MEP knowledge and networking platform.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement effective Brand Strategy and Brand Development initiatives aligned with community objectives.
• Experience in ongoing Brand Management and Branding, including maintaining consistent visual and verbal identity across channels.
• Strong Communication skills, with the capacity to translate technical content into clear, professional, and engaging messaging.
• Background in marketing, communications, or brand consulting, preferably with exposure to engineering, construction, or technical communities.
• Proficiency with social media and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp) for brand building and community engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals and students, and to operate independently in a part-time, hybrid setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in branding or digital marketing are an advantage.
