Btec Business Teacher

Description:

Sama International School in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi, is looking for a talented BTEC Business Teacher to join our team!

Qualifications:
Proven experience teaching Pearson BTEC International Level 3 Business (essential)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Education, or a related field.
Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of BTEC assessment criteria, internal verification and standards.
IELTS minimum band score of 7.5 for non native english speakers.
At least 3–5 years of teaching experience (international or UAE experience preferred).
Knowledge of UAE education standards, safeguarding, and child protection policies.
Experience delivering vocational and career-focused education pathways.
Ability to support students with diverse learning needs, including EAL and SEN.
Strong classroom management and student engagement strategies.
Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Preferred:
Experience with IB Career-related Programme (CP) or similar pathways.
Experience/Knowledge of IB and/or American Curriculum
Experience integrating real-world business contexts into teaching and assessment.
